  The location is very good. I really liked the front desk crew and found them to be very friendly, helpful and cheerful. The breakfast ladies did a great job and the chow was very good, they alternated the chow to add variety. The room and the bed was very comfortable. I thank the management for allowing us bikers to utilize the front overhang to park our bikes and provide some cleanin - It was very conveniently located. Close to Lake George, outlet shops, restaurants and the amusement park. It was surprisingly very quiet and the breakfast was very good with lots of choices. Fairly priced. Having two outside pools was nice. You should advertise that.

  Loved the staff...being greeted to warmly...telling us everything that was available to us.   The staff was very accommodating. In particular there was some confusion regarding a breakfast coupon that went with the cost of the room. They gave us the coupon without any discussion. The shuttle was wonderful as were the drivers. The pool was warm and clean.   We loved the complete set-up, the maritim style throughout the hotel. Common areas were nicely furnished and with great views of the marina. In the evening the staff would light bonfires on the different terraces.The rooms were bright and spacious with balconies, the bathroom was big and nice and staff was very friendly and accommodating.   Goed ontbijt. Vriendelijk. - I loved the big Plasma TV and I loved that the bedding was crisp and clean. Also the bathrooms were spotless. - staff was very knowledgeable of the area. My husband and I found this very helpful.

  Adam's Mark is perfectly situated for our needs. Close to Irish Times for wings and First Niagara Center for a hockey game. This is the second year my son and I celebrate his birthday by staying @ Adam's Mark, going for wings and a hockey game. We even got a free upgrade from the friendly lady at reception! Even the cleaning staff smiled and said good morning to us as we were leaving and walking down the hall. The room was super clean. The price was great also for everything that the room offered.   This was my second stay and I was not disappointed. Needs were taken care of and the night manager(I think he was) was really helpful. All staff were not only helpful but pleasant. Our positive feeling about our stay is that we reserved for next year. Would highly recommend this hotel. - We loved area.   It has recently been renovated and the place is beautiful. Clean, neat, and mostly friendly - We like everything about Hampton Inns. However, the scrambled eggs seemed to be MREs.

  We booked the room with breakfast, which was excellent value. Food great but service extremely slow. Excellent for comfort and cleanliness. - I liked the location. Auburn is a nice town. The pool was nice and the hotel was clean and the staff very nice and helpful.
