  It was very clean and convenient to Cornell University, where I had business. It was also quiet and staff owners were on site. This is an old line motel style facility with parking right in front of rooms.   The value for money here is amazing. It is an inexpensive motel but with decent beds, good sheets, little details that give it great value. Had wifi in our room unlike some of the more expensive hotels we stayed in. No hideous comforters here! Staff were great. - We were looking for a place to fit our budget.   Our stay here was perfect! we came a little after the check in time and the lady was nice enough to turn on the AC for us and had the keys and everything ready once we arrrived. The place was immaculately clean and very well kept. The room was nice and tidy. Fran Cove was near the strip and it was just a few minute's drive to any of teh attraction... wat mensen zeggen » Lake George has to offer! My family enjoyed their stay here, especially at the pool. Everyone was friendly. Will stay here again, highly recommend! - the fact that the room was clean was enough for us. we could put our heads on our pillows and sleep. very very important to this family! we were only there for one night but will return. the pool looked beautiful and the bbq'S spotless. the brook in the back....perfect.

  The room was very comfortable. Some other reviewer complained about a hard bed. Well, it was nice and firm, and with a little back problem, excellent for me.   Great place to stay. Very clean. Jim is an awesome host and makes you feel very welcome. We arrived in very heavy rain and he was outside with umbrellas for us. Then took us on a tour and suggested places for us to eat. We stayed in the overlook room which was very clean and has a small sun room with two seats and a small table which was awesom... wat mensen zeggen » e for hanging out at night and relaxing. Overall amazing stay. Would definitely stay again and recommend to everyone. Continental Breakfast in the mo - Great Restored Mansion of inventor D. H. Burrell who invented the milking machine and the oil burner( What a combination). The mansion has a 19th century elevator and a hydroelectic plant that was powered by a stream that ran through the house. The rooms are large and bring you back in time to another period in history. The staff bends over backwards for you and my wife and I enjoyed finding this gem. The Mansion is on a hill overlooking the town and the Erie Canal. The view is one of a kind.

  The location was fantastic. It was within walking distance of restaurants and right near the beach. Also, it was not near all of the other hotels so the beach was quiet and not crowded. It was very relaxing. The room was clean and had air conditioning and a nice porch so we could sit outside and have something to eat. The shower was great! Also, they let us have late check out and accommodated us when we asked for a room with a better view. - The location is great, virtually on the beach, and we had a sea view. The hotel is walking distance to the shops and restaurants. Owners very friendly.

  We were very comfortable. Check in was quick and easy. The room was clean and we appreciated the mini refrigerator and microwave. We were able to get ice and an extra towel as needed. Breakfast was sufficient for us with fruits, juices,coffee and pastries. Because the weather was sleeting, we ordered Dominos pizza and a very nice delivery person came with our dinner~very convenient! - We were greeted warmly by the owner. Check in and out went smoothly with a very helpful staff. We even requested more towels and were handed them within minutes. The beds are so comfortable and it was the best nights' sleep I've had in a while. The complimentary breakfast hit the spot.
