This place is an authentic jewelry! The location is ideal, in the lively city center but right on the lake, featuring a private beach provided with chairs, canoe, paddle boats, toys for the kids, etc.; the staff is professional and attentive, the people in charge of the room cleaning very efficient; our room was quiet and comfortable; the pool and the whirlpools are a nice "plus". We will definitively come back!

I was born and raised in Buffalo. I live in LA now, and when I visit home, I stay here. It's low key, clean, quiet and right in the center of town. I can walk to the Old Pink easily. The Lenox Hotel is a piece of Buffalo history. Beautiful old building on the border of hip Allentown. While the Lenox is not a fancy, modern hotel, it is clean, comfortable and the staff are very accomodating. We walked the neighbourhood, beautiful old Victorians. Incredible.
If you're looking for the likes of the Westin or a W hotel, the Lenox is not for you.
If you're interested in charm, history and value, this is the hotel for you!

There was a line of construction workers that came into the hotel to check in behind me and I really worried about the noise that may cause. Maid service saw us enter our room for the first time and was quick to ask us if we needed anything and contact her if we thought of something later. Excellent customer service.

We had a deluxe double room on the 14th floor for 7 days. The room was large, the double beds were very comfortable and the room was clean and quiet. Location was good, close to central park, lots of good restaurants and 15 minute walk to times square. All in all we were totally satisfied with the room and the price. Would definitely stay at the Holiday Inn in the future. Staff very friendly and helpful.
