The value for this location in a big city was outstanding. The convenient breakfast to start the day was appreciated very much. The ease of checkout was nice. And the hotel staff at check out called for a car service to the airport and that was very quick. Loved the fact that they have rooms for smokers. That is very important to us. -

We loved the Inn as we first drove up and saw it. And once we checked in, the staff and rooms are wonderful. Breakfast and Dinner were absolutely delicious. We are looking forward to staying again. -

We liked the location of our room - first floor near lobby. We loved the 24 hour coffee tea & snacks in the lobby. Loved the guy at the front desk let me borrow tape to wrap gifts. -

This hotel was awesome!!! Four forty-somethings met for our annual 'girls weekend' and were unsure about the hotel, since we booked online. We had an apartment reserved that fell through at the last minute and in a panic we found the Intercontinental online and we were so happy. We could not believe how clean and beautiful this hotel was the conceirge and doormen were wonderfully helpful. Great restaurant recommendations, etc. We will definitely stay again. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Beds were comfortable, not to hard. The cleaning staff made sure our room was restocked daily. Even though it was close to the airport you really couldn't hear the airplanes unless you were outside. -
