  Awesome stay! Very clean! Everything from the food to the staff and the rooms were perfect. The manager was so helpful as I wanted to surprise my boyfriend with an intimate dinner. He arranged to get me a table cloth, candles, gave us free complimentary drinks, set me up with a flower shop, and helped me with dinner arrangements for our room. Keep... wat mensen zeggen » in mind that the hotel doesn't have room service, but he went out of his way to make it all work and turn it into a special evening. The staff (bellh - Hi folks, Check in staff were helpful with questions. Breakfast buffet staff were really helpful and friendly. Struck up conversations with staff that make a personal touch in the restaurant. Asian meal was healthy: rice, seaweed, kimchi, miso soup... Enjoyed a dip in the pool with my kids and a good work out in the gym with weights, universal, and stationary bikes. Free hourly bus to #7 subway line was convenient into city. God bless, Pete Chen

  Size of room was good compared to NY rooms. Staff were extremely helpful. Very clean and location is excellent whilst quiet at night. The hotel is exactly as it is described and we were not disappointed.

  The fact that letsbookhotel.com does not enter reservations so that I can check with the hotel without a problem. There should be a common thread to check with either the hotel or letsbookhotel.com at any time. - your check in staff was so nice to our grandchildren even allowing the 7yr old to do a magic trick thanks.

  Central gelegen, schoon en goede voorzieningen. Personeel een beetje stroef. - The quietness. Like a retreat. Great food. - Staff were courteous and efficient. Checked in early but no rooms were available, they said they would call me when I could go to the room. They did.
