I could not have been more impressed with everything at this hotel. The
staff was fantastic, from Valet team, (whom called me when I left my
phone in the car and brought it to my room), to the front desk, (that
allowed me to check in really early), to the cleaning staff, who ran a
really tight ship - my room was perfect! I had a Newport Suite that

The hotel is extremely close to the light path train, which made
traveling to nyc extremely convenient.
The mattresses were quite comfortable, and the bathroom was spacious.
Debbie was also extremely helpful. We had a rather large yellowish stain on the comforter of one of our beds, and she had housekeeping change it immediately. Also, she gave our family a breakfast voucher for two (which was a $60 value).

We were sent to a room initially that had been cleaned but then it looked like someone had come afterwards to shower and dress (used razor in shower, empty perfume bottle, towel and robe used, etc.) The staff was very apologetic, sent us to a better room and sent up a bottle of red wine. Waking up to a view of High Line Park and the Empire State Building. Comfortable bed, quiet despite being in the middle of the city and great shower. The location was perfect...close to the Village, Meatpacking District, and Chelsea. The video that plays in the elevator...what a creepy and great touch. Everyone was mesmerized by it! Everything! We especially loved the bunk room set up! We traveled with
two parents and two adult boys 18 & 20. We all wanted to stay in
the same room but a typical 2 double bed set up in most hotels would
not have worked and having two rooms in a typical hotel would have

Stayed there for my birthday and was amazed as soon as I walked in the door! The level of customer service was top notch! Staff was very friendly and accommodating. The hotel is swanky and done right from the artwork in the lobby to the, spa, to the rooms, to the restaurant and nightclub. It truly is a one stop shop experience. We arrived to a great staff, great location. Wilson put us on the top floor with a fantastic view of Brooklyn. We had a 12 and a 9 year old with us and the hotel was close to the top of their list of sites that included all of New Yorks hits. 12 year old got sick and the staff let us check out late and even sent toast and ginger ale to our room

We enjoyed our stay at the Sheraton Brooklyn. The staff was very
friendly and helpful. We especially thought Victor Balbi was most
helpful, patient and accommodating with our needs for directions in
getting around the City by Subway and planning our day sight seeing ny.
He was always so pleasant & greeted us with his wonderful smile
& friendly greeting when we got back from our day's outing. He
certainly made our stay & visit to ny pleasant & enjoyable. Paul
