  Room was large and very comfortable beds. Great staff! Business center was wonderful. Had to unexpectedly keep in touch with a realtor and loan officer out of state and the computers and printer was a godsend. The front desk was gracious enough to fax some very important paperwork with no charges. Great hotel with excellent price for the service and atmosphere you get. - The front desk agent, Keyanna was very polite and warm in checking in my wife & I and we are so grateful for the opportunity to stay at the Crowne Plaza in Clayton, provided by the Pastor's Aide Ministry of my church. This hotel is in a greast location and the FREE breakfast was phenominal!!! KUDOS to the GM and staff.

  The hotel was great. Staff. Excellent. Somehow the reservations we made online with letsbookhotel.com was not transferred to the hotel. The hotel staff did everything to help us. Disappointed with letsbookhotel.com's notification to the hotel.   We liked the view from the 24th Floor. It was right below the rooftop bar, but it was not too loud to keep us awake. At check-in we were given free breakfast and internet, because the 24th floor was the only available room. The pool and hot tub was dirty from all of the kid dancers at the hotel, so they drained and cleaned them both so that we cou... wat mensen zeggen » ld enjoy it. - The view of the Arch was amazing from our room! Also the rooftop restaurant was a nice touch. This was my fiancées first time in st.louis so I wanted to spoil her and the Hilton definitely helped with that!

This is a very high quality hotel and at reasonable cost.   I enjoy the table games and sometimes the poker room at the casino. The food is very good at all the restaurants and buffet. Parking was plentiful in the lot and in the garage. - Everyone was very freindly and helpful. We stayed in a smoking room in which was very impressed that the room did not smell like smoke. That was wonderful.

  Loved the polite staff and the facilities were beautiful. It was easy to see that every person there took great pride in their hotel. Valet parking was an amazing bargain. - Great location and generally a very nice hotel
