  First I have to say it was probably the best hotel we have ever stayed at. It was very elegant.The person/persons who designed the floor plan for the entire facility of Crowne Plaza was very clever. The rooms were very quiet, beds very comfortable, staff was very friendly. The location of the Crowne Plaza was perfect. The grounds were amazing. The... wat mensen zeggen » decor is so beautiful and tastefully done. Extremely beautiful and comfortable place to stay. - Really Pet friendly and we appreciate that and will return. I used to attend mgmt mtgs there as the Scandicon with Norwest! Always loved the rooms, food and amenities.

  The hotel staff went above and beyond for us. While there, the May snowstorm went through and they scooped out my car as I had a spec needs child with me. They did their best to answer our questions on road reports and tried to make us as comfortable during a very stressful situation. I cant say enough great things about this hotel!!!! - We were... wat mensen zeggen » very happy with our stay at ABVI in Rochester, MN. We had special requests regarding our room and they were excellent in accommodating us. They are doing extensive remodeling and it's turning out VERY nice. Breakfast choices were numerous and were all very good. We will stay there again when in Rochester!
