  The rooms were very spacious and the beds very comfortable and the room was very clean. Extra towels, coffee and toileteries were delivered promptly. The lighter weight robes very nice. Happy hour at the Bank was reasonable the drinks and food were good. Staff very polite and accommodating? Would have loved to have the giant bottle of La Crem... wat mensen zeggen » a from the bank vault delivered to our room for us to consume. - I loved the Westin for it's beautiful, impressive dining/bar area. It is an amazing place, and one of the more stunning hotels I have been in. I love that it has been transformed from a bank into a luxurious hotel. Spectacular! The staff was VERY accommodating and friendly. I would definitely stay there again!

  When we arrived Mallory greeted us to the Hilton. The doormen went out of their way to help us with packages. The location of this hotel was within walking distances to all of the main events, we were attending.   Rooms were great. Beds really comfortable. Very plush accommodations. Walking distance to the train - I enjoyed the upscale experience without staff being snooty.

  The concierge, Larry went above & beyond to ensure that everything was perfect for my girlfriend's birthday. He selected flowers for me & had them waiting in the room when we arrived, he suggested a nearby steakhouse for dinner & arranged reservations, when we came back to the hotel later that night champagne & sweets along with a ... wat mensen zeggen » birthday card were in the room. The comforts of the room were fantastic, everything from the king size bed, the overhead shower & the provided rob - The beds are linens are wonderful, location is a good balance between airport , mall of America, and business destinations. Of course, the restaurant and pastries are out of sight. I stay here once or twice a year, and it has definitely been updated since my last visit.

  First I have to say it was probably the best hotel we have ever stayed at. It was very elegant.The person/persons who designed the floor plan for the entire facility of Crowne Plaza was very clever. The rooms were very quiet, beds very comfortable, staff was very friendly. Extremely beautiful and comfortable place to stay. - Really Pet friendly and we appreciate that and will return. I used to attend mgmt mtgs there as the Scandicon with Norwest! Always loved the rooms, food and amenities.
