The clerk at the desk when we got there was not helpful at all and
almost rude. They hadn't received notice of our booking from
letsbookhotel.com and I didn't have confirmation sheet with me. Clerk was
not helpful at all and didn't seem to care about getting it
straightened out.

I was impressed with how lage the room was for the price. It was bigger
than some apartments i've lived in. Having a full featured kitchen
and 3 tv's was nice too. Just a few minutes drive from Mall of
America. Lots of food options within 10 minutes drive and free breakfast
was of decent quality. -

The hotel staff went above and beyond for us. While there, the May snowstorm went through and they scooped out my car as I had a spec needs child with me. They did their best to answer our questions on road reports and tried to make us as comfortable during a very stressful situation. I cant say enough great things about this hotel!!!! -

They are doing extensive remodeling and it's turning out VERY nice. Breakfast choices were numerous and were all very good. We will stay there again when in Rochester!

We wanted to see the moa and minneapolis! The price was great, the room looked as great as the pics on line! Clean and comfty! The beautiful white comforter was soft and comfy also! I absolutely loved the location. Being downtown allowed us to enjoy the nice Mankato downtown and restaurant scene while not being dependent on a vehicle. Room was very nice with a very comfortable bed. -
