Loved the beds, pool area was nice, great use of space in the rooms and have a wonderful and helpful front counter staff, they were awesome when we needed help with finding a places and etc. -
Everyone was very friendly and the beds were very comfortable. Also liked the ease of getting on and off the highway.

The staff was so great! Our plans for arrival changed and we arrived in Bloomington at 5:30 am after driving all night long. They happened to have our room available so they let us check in early so we could sleep! Awesome. Great breakfast. Clean rooms. Clean hotel. Daughter enjoyed the pool area. -

where we needed to go. there was a variety of places to eat in the hotel itself and within walking distance. the shuttle was a great asset to the area. The people were all very friendly and helpful.

I liked that the pool/hot tub was open unitl 11 PM, most hotels close their pools at like 9 PM. I really liked the layout of the suite rooms. It was roomy with a semi separate sitting/relaxing area. The staff was always curtious and very helpful. I really like the convenience of having the Caribou & Jimmy Johns right there along with a rest

Of course, as most people who stay there we were attending the Mayo Clinic for health reasons. We most liked the ease of getting to the clinic, your helpful staff when we asked questions or needed extra supplies and the fact that there were short order restaurants when we needed a quick lunch.

Room was clean, the front desk staff was friendly. We attended a wedding there and it went very well from what we could tell. The bartender wasn't very friendly and welcoming but I'm not sure if he was employed by the hotel or not. -
