  The lady at the front desk was so nice and so very efficient. She provided Hospitality at its best. She was on duty the morning I checked out. Wish I had her name. - Staff was excellent. Very helpful. Close to golf & Starbucks.

  The hotel staff went above and beyond for us. While there, the May snowstorm went through and they scooped out my car as I had a spec needs child with me. They did their best to answer our questions on road reports and tried to make us as comfortable during a very stressful situation. I cant say enough great things about this hotel!!!! - We were... wat mensen zeggen » very happy with our stay at ABVI in Rochester, MN. We had special requests regarding our room and they were excellent in accommodating us. They are doing extensive remodeling and it's turning out VERY nice. Breakfast choices were numerous and were all very good. We will stay there again when in Rochester!

  The beds were super super comfortable! I loved the Temp of the Pool and hot tub. Loved that the pool was not super cold but warm! And the hot tub was not overly hot! Loved there was a shuttle to the MOA. - Location. Very close to local family. Free breakfast was good with a lot of choices. Room was comfy and the floor was nice and quiet. It was very elegant.The person/persons who designed the floor plan for the entire facility of Crowne Plaza was very clever. The rooms were very quiet, beds very comfortable, staff was very friendly.   Pretty much everything. The room was new and clean. Bed was amazing. The staff was open and very friendly. So would stay here again. - It was very clean, and felt upscale. The rooms were very nice, and the bathrooms were very big.
