  Upon entering the hotel, one is welcomed with exquisite beautiful beyond belief. The staff are very professional individuals and are eager to please. Also, the level of security is very important in a place like NYC, and the Waldorf takes extra measures to ensure everyone feels a high level of security.   Our experience was great from our reception by the doorman helping us with our bags, our greeting as we checked in and the comfort of our room. We even got a n/c upgrade. The hotel is situated conveniently to both the theatre district, lower Manhattan, and is right off the FDR at 37th. The NH Jolly Hotel and Madison Towers definitely helps to m... wat mensen zeggen » ake our trip to the "City" a great experience. - The staff. They were helpful polite and cheerful. The rooms were a lot better than expected, luxury bathrooms even in the standard rooms. The hotel itself is in a great location close to most of the tourist sites. Would definitely recommend.
