  Our room, an upgrade because our room "key" did not work, was on 3rd floor overlooking a brook, with mtns in the distance. The desk staff & mgt was as distressed as we were about the reservation sw problem -- that felt good to us. - The staff, although somewhat inexperienced, made up for short comings by their energy and friendly attitude.   I have stayed at this hotel three times so far. I've been to other Ocean City hotels and they do not compare to this one. The first time I stayed in this hotel I booked a standard suite, the next I got the presidential suite (by accidental upgrade, it was amazing), and this time I stayed in a standard one bedroom suite. My favorite part is the roo... wat mensen zeggen » ms, they are not out dated or cheaply done. The beds are comfortable and the rooms are always clean. The location is great! Behind the hotel is Fagger - The rooms were perfect. We had our special needs son with us, and were traveling with our son and his family, so we reserved 2 rooms. They made sure we were right by each other. Each room had a separate bedroom, with a large couch in the sitting room that made into a comfortable bed. The beds,and pillows were great . They were fast to answer any needs we may have had, from extra towels and blankets, to directions and maps. They did not serve a breakfast, but each room has a nice small kit

  The location was great, I loved the large deck and that every room had access. The pool was in a great location we could see the kids swimming from the balcony. The kitchen was a good size and had everything we needed to cook, and everything was functional. It's close to everything the beach is two blocks away. It was quiet and comfortable for... wat mensen zeggen » my family. - The condo was clean, blankets and curtains looked new and fresh and the tile in bathroom looked new and clean. The balcony even looked new or newer. Kitchen was even supplied to include coffee pot! I loved the fact we didn't have to clean and we only had to load and turn on the dishwasher before we left.
