  The Peabody Court, built in the 1920s as a luxury apartment building, is a delightful blend of elegant old-world design and decor with modern convenience. My room was spacious, well appointed, quiet and comfortable. The staff could not have been nicer. I will definitely return to this gem of a hotel. - The staff were great and upgraded our room gratis when we arrived ro an 8th floor room with a spectacular view of the monument. The room was beautiful and large and had character, plus it was quiet. It sits in a wonderful neighborhood close to great restaurants and right on Mount Vernon park. You get a real flavor of Baltimore at its best here (I grew up here).

  One of the Manager's, Miss Gina Clay went above and beyond in making sure I had the assistance I needed while at the hotel. The afternoon High Tea was one of the main reason's I chose the hotel and was not disappointed. Miss Clay did not spare any expense in making it a wonderful afternoon .   I have stayed at many hotels for leisure especially in the last 6 months and this one by far was one of the best. I booked last minute as a surprise getaway for my new beau and he loved it! The indoor pool and Jacuzzi were almost never in use the two times we went down. The walls for the room were not paper thin like most hotels. We didn't make our connecting flight to California & had to stay in Baltimore overnight. The shuttle from the airport & to the restaurant for dinner made the delay much easier to take.
