One of the Manager's, Miss Gina Clay went above and beyond in making sure I had the assistance I needed while at the hotel. Just married the weekend before, my wife and I planned a "staycation" mini-honeymoon, checked in late and were immediately upgraded to a magnificent 1 bedroom suite by Khadija at the front desk. Great location. Park the car and forgot it for a week. With the Metro station right under the hotel, getting around was perfect - never had to worry about parking.
Hotel was clean, kid friendly and absolutely perfect. The free breakfast and the manager's reception each night? Great for keeping on a budget, especially with young kids. -

Staff was very pleasant, room was extremely clean and comfortable, parking was easy and location felt safe. I also thought it was really nice that the hotel had given the Housekeeping staff the day off for Thanksgiving. At a time when retailers are opening up on Thanksgiving day, it was nice to see a company that still values that day as family

questioned quickly and have direct answers that are helpful. The
Breakfast was to die for. The breakfast was cooked fast and yet it was
good. The staff helpful with all the dirty plates to make sure that we
had clean area. They had to news up and that was great to watch the news

The staff was calm, polite and attempting to be very accommodating in a difficult situation. Water is critical for more than drinking. After a busy day helping my god daughter move; it was a treat to sit and look at the sun set from the comfort of my room with my best friend.
In the mornings, we would grab a chai and sit by the water prior to getting busy.

The staff at the hotel were excellent. We needed milk for our son and the bellman went above and beyond to get it. The room was very clean and the beds were extremely comfortable. The room was spacious. The view of the inner harbor from out room was beautiful. The hotel was in walking distance to many things.
