  Staff very nice and helpful! Rooms was clean, and I had a great view of the water which made it worth the money. And if your not up for going out they have a very nice lounge area overall the stay was good.. - Everything was great. Staff, especially young doorman on duty Sun. morning around 11:00 was very helpful. Also love location. Great place ... wat mensen zeggen » at affordable rates.

  Everything, the hotel is wonderful. I'm a retired Marine and I've traveled with my family to many places. This is the best hotel my wife and I have ever stayed in. - Room with the balcony view of the inside mall and river veiw also. Iwill let others know about this, when visiting here.

  pet friendly, great location shopping and casino close by. Lots of great eateries with in five minutes. - Really enjoyed the layout of the room. Shuttle service was great to the mall and casino.

  The set-up of hotel. The hotel staff friendly and professional. Always asking how everything is and volunteering information before asked. The rooms and dinning above great with sit down restaurant feel and quality. Staff on hand to help and ask questions @ breakfast. Not left to self like other hotels that give breakfast. Something new and innova... wat mensen zeggen » tive, was the lounge time with snacks and drinks. The gym made me want to get back to my exercise routine @ home. Didn't notice if a pool? But will bo - I bed was amazing, the tv had great choices, the staff answered questioned quickly and have direct answers that are helpful. The Breakfast was to die for. The breakfast was cooked fast and yet it was good. The staff helpful with all the dirty plates to make sure that we had clean area. They had to news up and that was great to watch the news eat breakfast and head out to the airport with no problems.

  Registration desk staff, especially (Tracy from MD), were very cordial, helpful,and friendly. And of course we enjoyed the Doubletree cookies and the health center equipment. - Italian restaurant was yummy. Was provided coupon for breakfast-thanks! Front desk very helpful on where to get fresh fruit and restaurants. Nice area to walk around

  The light was out in the toilet room in the bathroom. When I contacted the front desk, they were more than accommodating offering to send someone immediately or change our room. The repairman that came was extremely courteous and made the repair very quickly. We also had a wonderful breakfast delivered to our room early as requested despite making... wat mensen zeggen » last minute changes and the food was excellent. - I stay at hotels monthly and this by far was one of my favorite. everything is so modern and nice. Its very upscale, romantic, and comfortable. there where a few weddings going on in the courtyard at the fountain and it was just a nice friendly place to stay. The casino is a block away and they offered late night shuttle service
