  One of the Manager's, Miss Gina Clay went above and beyond in making sure I had the assistance I needed while at the hotel. The afternoon High Tea was one of the main reason's I chose the hotel and was not disappointed. Miss Clay did not spare any expense in making it a wonderful afternoon . My room was very comfortable ,food was delicious, staff... wat mensen zeggen » very professional and hospitable. Made one feel right at home. The server in the dining room even gave me a great recipe since we discovered we both - Just married the weekend before, my wife and I planned a "staycation" mini-honeymoon, checked in late and were immediately upgraded to a magnificent 1 bedroom suite by Khadija at the front desk. It was larger than our apartment at home! We enjoyed a huge soaking tub and a magnificent view of the harbor, along with our own dining room! Extremely friendly staff and reasonable overnight parking accommodations. Gym, jacuzzi, and pool facilities were generous and relaxing. Many fond memories -- we w

  The hotel is in a great location, the free Charm City circular passes straight pass the hotel. It is only a 10 minute walk to the harbour front and 5 minute walk to City hall and Lexington Market. The room was spacious, modern and clean. The breakfast was fantastic, a great variety of choice and the staff at breakfast were so friendly. - Rooms wa... wat mensen zeggen » s nice and clean. Nice am breakfast, not fancy and the room needs some sound proofing material. Staff very pleaseant and accommodating. Central location walking distance to Inner Harbor, free bus 1/2 block away. Easy to get to and use trains as well. We enjoyed our weekend in Baltimore.
