  The staff was very friendly, helpful and professional. The hotel was beautiful with alot of nice "little touches" like scented candles lit in the lobby area at night. It is centrally located and very easy to get around. Concierge staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. We were upgraded to a corner suite room that had a beautiful kitchen area wit... wat mensen zeggen » h a nice selection of "tools" to use in food prep or reheating. In addition to coffee, there is a toaster, microwave, oven, cook-top and refridgerator - Staff are very welcoming and helpful. Hotel is really clean and comfy. Location of the hotel is amazing especially the view from the top levels is marvellous. The room was spacious and covered us all 5 adults and a kid. In house coffee bar was great they had nesperesso machines and the capsules were provided everyday. Hotel staff were helpful in finding us taxis while we wait in the lobby and it was really quick. Once we arrived they gave our kid a gift

  The location is very central and everything is within a short walking distance. We had a great room on the 29th floor with panoramic view of the city and lake. The staff is very friendly and helpful. - Exceptional staff. Congrats to all of the employees in the behalf of the GM. They have been very helpful and smiling at all times.   I loved the unit we stayed in (2 bedroom villa) and enjoyed using the fireplace and jacuzzi tub. The resorts pool was nice as well. It could have been a little warmer, but I love really warm pools. The scenery around the resort was beautiful and peaceful. - We stayed in a villa h119 which was perfect...furnished nicely, very clean, and more spaci... wat mensen zeggen » ous than we thought it would be. We had no complaints and plan to go again and hope for the same accommodations
