  i loved that it was just across the street from the river shops. bed was very comfortable as were the linens. the room was beautiful... the woman at the front desk day shift was very pleasant and helpful..both in answering questions and again upon checkout.. this was a big splurge for my almost 50th birthday and we got a decent price at letsbookh... wat mensen zeggen » otel.com but as nice as it was i doubt we would be able to stay here again.. but for the type of place it is prices are comprable. we will tell others - The staff was so friendly and helpful. My daughter had a severe allergy attack and had to go to the hospital. They gave directions and sympathy. Julia at the desk saw to anything we needed. The room was very comfortable. Liked the turn down service. The breakfast that had gotten bad reviews has gone up several notches. It was a complete array of food. The wine and hors de oerves at 5:00 was also wonderful and filling. The staff of the food service was very accomodating. The hotel is

  Good location on Riverside. Good conversion of ex warehouse giving unique feel to the hotel. Complimentary Cheese and Wine every evening is good social event! Staff very helpful throughout and especially with parking. Within walking distance of some great bars and restaurants. - The Hotel Property is beautifully maintained in the perfect location... wat mensen zeggen » to visit Savannah's river front.   Each bedroom is part of a cottage you walk in and they have a shared coffee, tea, and refrigerator and decorations (so cute) then you have a key to your door. The room is absolutley delightful with all kinds of sweet decorations. The chairs were comfortable with pillows to match. She had wash clothes for makeup and I thought that was a nice touch ... wat mensen zeggen » along with the water bottles. We did not use the pool or hottub as we were very busy going to Ruby Falls, the Incline Railway. Rock city is within wal - Everyone was very kind and so friendly! I made the mistake of booking the night after our actual arrival and we were pleasantly surprised that the owner let us stay in a suite instead of a room as booked at the same rate. The food was fantastic! Very private! We can't wait to return!
