  This was our fourth visit to Aspen but the first time to stay there. This trraditional, historical and luxury hotel is one of best ones in the States, I believe. Not only the room we stayed but the common area are so nice! We would definitely stay in this hotel again if we could have another chance to visit Aspen. - The staff were extremely hel... wat mensen zeggen » pful and friendly...the service was wonderful. The room was beautiful as was the rest of the hotel.

  Great location in town. Convenient to restaurants, shopping, and the gondola. Suburb facilities and staff. - service excellent. Prices, as in ALL things in Aspen, were at a significant premium, but worth it.

  The staff is so welcoming and accomodating - honestly - treated everyone the same. We felt like we belonged there - even though we just came down for the night from Denver (to get out of Denver!) on a deal. Im pregnant and had a massive headache and the staff brought me up a choice of advil or tylenol around 4:30am when I just couldn't take it any... wat mensen zeggen » more. I was expecting to pay $50 or so for it, but it was on the house. Pleasantly suprised! Such nice people. - I have never been more pleasantly surprised by a hotel Experience in my life. We were treated like royalty from the minute we checked in. The staff could not have been more helpful and solicitous. The food was excellent the shopping fun and the added treat of the on site movie theatre just made for a truly remarkable stay. Thanks

  Gorgeous hotel with superb service, rooms are spacious with wonderful linens and sitting area with fireplace, concierge service is top-notch, setting is perfect at the base of Aspen Mountain, lots to do in the summertime: music, golf, fly fishing, hiking. - Perfect service!!!!!
