  Breakfast was hot with a decent variety. Great location by I-25 & I-70. Coffee in the lobby avail 24/7. Other folks utilized the shuttle. Can use their computer for free and print things for a free. Pretty lobby; smells good in there. I like the way the building is shaped, with 3 chairs on 3 corners of the floor. Free breakfast was delicious and the eating area was cozy. The free shuttle service is a plus and takes you to the downtown area so you don't have to worry about driving your car downtown. All of the staff was super nice and welcoming and went above and beyond to make sure your stay was comfortable.

  Special commendation to Erin Strong, Chief Concierge who gave personal attention to ensure my expected parcels via courier service arrived safely, kept securely and delivered immediately on registration. Hotel was comfy, close to shops/malls. The evening complimentary cookies + milk was brilliant; why don't other hotels do the same? Complementary happy hr with beer & wine, breakfast, AND late night cookies & milk.

  best thing is that they had air port transfers. Very nice for ppl who want to stay closer to downtown. Downtown was just 7 miles from here and you can ask for a taxi to the hotel staff - The staff were very friendly,the room were nice and clean we had no problem sleeping.we hope to come again soon.

  Everyone one was helpful and kind. I like that the workers are able to have their family's stay at the hotel for convenience and it reminds the guests they have family too during holidays. - Price was good for a Ramada Inn Location was excellent for the Hot Springs!

  Continental breakfast was adequate. Was quite warm when I was there - very pleased that the AC worked very well. - I loved how nice they were, and the facilities/amenities were great for the value. Breakfast was great too!

  The hotel was beautiful with a large atrium with waterfalls and small pools, even Koi. The breakfast area was very large and the buffet breakfast had everything you could possibly want. Our rooms were lovely and well kept up. Yet most of all, the staff, Ken Starkie, Misty and Cody were the best!!
