  Wow! What a great experience! We had to find a hotel on Omaha when our air conditioner broke. The biggest problem was finding one in the midst of the College World Series. We were also going on our first family vacation in a few days, and really could not afford this extra, unplanned expense. She was the epitome of customer service, which seems to be an endangered species in many industries. The front d - It was very clean. After a hot day at the zoo it was nice to come back and swim at coco keys. It was clean as well. I wish there bar was open daily and not just for the weekend.

My calls were answered by Michael who called ems. My 3 hours in er and a cab ride back to the hotel left me looking at those same stairs. A passerby notified the front desk and Robin came and helped me to my room. Not only did she bring me bags of ice, she also brought a tray of breakfast foods. I missed my meetings; but Chris (front desk) set up a cab and Raul (maint.) who helped me with my bags for my return to airport. Can't say

  My room was pretty nice. Fairly large. I got the king with whirlpool suite and it was really nice it was perfect for us very romantic. The whirlpool was cool and I liked the fact that we had a fridge and micro wave. It was pretty clean and the staff was very nice and friendly - I liked having a hotel door that opens to the outside - not having to... wat mensen zeggen » go through hallways or a lobby to get outside. I liked the staff. I liked getting a complimentary breakfast.
