  Our room was cool and clean, the pillows were so comfortable. The housekeeping staff were responsive, when we wanted our car from valet there were enough to accomodate everyone who needed them, everyone told you their name and asked if they could do anything else for us, we had dinner at Normans and it was one of the best meals we have had in a lo... wat mensen zeggen » ng time- our waiter was David and He was exceptional.   I have stayed at a club level room. It was spacious and confortable with amenities such a coffee maker and complimentary coffe. The pool and restaurantes at the hotel are all great. It's a walking distance to both parks and you enjou express pass and early admition. - (1)Extra hour of park access (2) Proximity to the park - but for nearly $150.00... wat mensen zeggen » less per night I could have stayed at another 4* Hotel with a shuttle (3) would recommend if your going to the Universal Park(s)
