The service was personalized and staff really went out of their way to
help us as we had to return a rental car and used the airport shuttle to
do that. The check in person really heard me when I said that one bed
would not work for us and upgraded us to a two bedroom suite at no extra
charge. She did not have to do this. I was so impressed with h

The over-all accommodations! We (this same group) had stayed in the Savannah location two years ago and were very impressed with it. The idea of the evening social was a unique feature and certainly a plus for guest retention.

Our room was clean, quiet, and roomy. The balcony was a nice bonus and the pool area with a water slide was great fun for the kids, the neighborhood is much nicer than most and the location to the parks is perfect. Really can't beat it for the price. -

the friendly staff mainly the front desk clerk(Daniel) he made sure we were o.k. with the room as well as the best dining. He was right on top of everything, not only that we were comfortable with the hotel stay. Let me tell you about the 9" inch thick mattresses, wow comfortable. No dirt anywhere. Loved the effeciencies available in the room

This was a great hotel for the money that we will actually be staying at
again in a few days at the end of our trip. Good breakfast, the pool and
lobby were great, staff was helpful. Room was clean if a little shabby.
Cost was reasonable for what we received. Close to Sea World, convention
center, and not far from Disney.

We were very impressed with the suite we occupied. It was nicely
furnished and supplied with tableware, cooking utinsels, etc. It was
close to Disney World and the espn Sports Center where we had a
granddaughter playing. The staff was very accommodating and friendly.

We liked the full suite features... Like a well furnished condo. Everything you'd need for a comfortable extended stay: kitchen, washer/dryer, good wifi, etc., and outfitted nicely, not too cheaply - for example, granite counters and decent furniture and decor. Although we only stayed for one night because the price was right, we'd definitely come back and bring family for a longer stay.

Uitstekend qua kwaliteit kamer en inrichting, microwave, koffiemachine, etc.prijs/kwaliteit verhouding was prima. - De receptioniste was erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Ik kwam vroeg in de ochtend aan, maar ze had toch al een kamer beschikbaar en mocht ook nog van het ontbijt gebruik maken.
