The front desk people and the staff in general, including the room service people were friendly and accommodating. On arrival we were told we had been upgraded to a larger room with a refrigerator. When we got to the room we discovered there were no lights installed. We called Reception and they sent someone up. He said the room should not have been used and offered to move us but we asked him just to bring some portable lights as we had already unpacked.

Location to Convention Center was great because you could avoid traffic on International Drive. Rooms were clean and quiet. Pool and pool bar were exceptional and staff at the pool bar were friendly and great to talk to.

I loved the condo lots of space 3 full baths was a nice surprise. It looks just like the pictures on line. The Jacuzzi was a nice way to relax after walking around the parks all day. Everything you needed was in the condo. Home away from home. the beds were extremely comfortable. Close to Disney, shopping, carnival and restaurants. I would definitely recommend this resort to everyone. You will not be disappointed.

The hotel was clean and comfortable and the 2 bed suite was as described. The kitchen was dated and needed a refresh but was functional nonetheless. The staff were friendly and willing to help. We only required an overnight stay but wanted enough space for 4 adults to relax in - this fitted the bill completely. The free wifi was good too. -
