I was extremely worried about the reviews that said about bed bugs especially since we took an 8 month old but the room was great. I previously had checked on how to spot bed bugs and I was unable to notice any nor did any of us receive any bites during our stay. I also liked the staff. They were willing to help with whatever we needed. Friendly maid,large room, nice kitchen,quiet,hot water,bathtub,location,would definitely stay again..i was scared when I read the reviews but we loved this place and will definitely stay again!.

You get what you pay for in oc. The price per night was 125.00 + tax. In oc that's the equivent to about 50.00 a night anywhere else. So take it for what it is. A bed & 4 walls. Cool staff noise friendly good if your out most of the time. Very good size... Open area cozy kitchen. Nice location.clean room no bugs. It was close to the beach. place to stay and park. It was clean. the 2 guys who an the place tried hard to provide help when toilet leaked. I think if the prices matched the room I wouldn't feel so cheated. location ok not much to say. The price and the location. Location. Close to beach. Nothing. Price. The steps made me a little uneasy. They just look like a strong storm would be able to blow them apart. Potholes in driveway. floor was dirty : kichen sick had to be told twice had A leak from falcel going into inside cabinet: rear door un-secure : just by pushing it while lock would open: never got clean sheets the second day there: minor ants & one large bug in kichen: bathroom sick hardy no water coming out of sick: needs A serious upgrade: ' need to put bolt door locks instead regular locks: end. noise from other guests, outside running around at night, walls are thin. Broken a/c, Broken bedside lamp, toilet seat fell off when I sat down, water in shower is at waist level (difficult to wash hair). To get anyone at the front desk you must call them from your cell. Phone is broken too. Front desk has a sign up with a number to call. Double beds are like cots.... Must slam bathroom door to keep closed. No microwave bathroom reeked of piss all the time dirty pots n pans when we got their dirty floors. Outdated tv.... Very difficult to open door using outdated key.... Asked the staff if we could check out at noon instead of 11am but he said he would charge an extra 25 dollars.... All other hotels/motels allow you to stay a bit longer to pack ur bags... We were forced to rush out by 11 even though it wasn't busy and most rooms were vacant. No microwave. First night could not sleep people standing outdide in front of my door drunk and screaming. People up above me made so much noise I think they were even fighting. Nice place for teenagers not for family. The guy over charged me 300 dollar. Came to door told my fiancée that he overcharged me and was nice to him. Then I went to the office and asked when the money would be back on my card and he was very arrogant saying hes not a bank person. Very rude!! Its called customer service he does not have any. I would never stay there again. The beds were also super uncomfortable. I was on vacation not sleeping. Terrible. needs to be up graded big time. No maid service no fresh linen no trash pick up this was the whole time we were there and no elevator. There was mold in the bathroom, the stove was missing knobs and coated with tin foil (we were afraid to turn it on). just about everything else. The rooms should have been at best 80 a nite not the 362 we paid for,top sheet threadbare. 2 nites r Not clean, curtains hanging, stove filthy. Had to go ask for new washcloths, room never cleaned the second day, Not right to charge such rates for so little.Please remove from booking .com. place had black mold in bathroom broken toilet. The rooms were dirty beds not comfortable ,and they advertise daily maid service. Nobody came had to go to the office everyday and complain and ask for clean towel, the room was not very clean when we arrived. Room was dirty. Equipment was rusty and outdated. There were ants all over the stove. Bath had hair and other body material left from previous guests. There was no showerhead on shower. No deadbolt on door. Lighting didn't work. I would not recommend will never use facilities ever again. The apperence, the room smell very bad, humidity. Out dated Limited parking BED BUGS.
