  Location. It had everything you need for a fun vacation... indoor pool, hot tub, sports bar, pool table and darts, and gift shop. The restaurant food was wonderful with our meals overflowing the plates. The room was updated and clean, and the best was the friendly staff. This was the best value for the money of any hotel I've stayed at recentl... wat mensen zeggen » y. We were walking distance to everything. - Very honest. They deducted the cost of 1 night's stay from our bill (although we did not ask them for a refund), and moved us to another room due to an electric socket issue. Staff on desk extremely helpful. Hotel only a 5 minute walk away from falls. Bedding, pillows and towels all beautiful.

  I found them very friendly at the desk. When we got there there were a group of teenagers staying at the hotel and were very rowdy.with not a lot of supervision. They gentleman behind the desk tried to put us as far from them as possible. - I love the room...all the round inside the hotel very comfy and luxurious...like an expensive hotel...the ... wat mensen zeggen » pool was great too...and the most important that you accept my liitle doggy Princess...as a guest too....

  The view from the outside dining was spectacular. The restaurant in the hotel had fabulous tasting food. - Love all the staff encountered. All were professional and friendly.

  Absolutely superb experience at this motel- it is family run and operated and the family really wants to make their customers happy. Not only do they offer free shuttle to and from the falls (saving $20 to $40 on parking per trip....seriously...it's $15 frigging dollars to park at the falls!!) but every experience that we had with them- from the f... wat mensen zeggen » ree continental breakfast to the recommendations on things to do around town were 4 star worthy!! I almost never write reviews like this- but in this - Good value for dollar considering it was Niagara Falls - surprisingly expensive all things considered. Hotel stating they offered breakfast is a joke - seriously, don't even mention it - it is more truthful. That said, extremely convenient location to Falls. Room was acceptably clean with hot water and basic bathroom amenities. Bed was good. Relatively quiet. All in all, a decent hotel with convenient parking.

  I liked the location, cleanliness, friendliness of the staff, and just about everything else. a terrific place to stay if you are over for the weekend with A group of people. breakfast was reasonably priced and delicious. - Coming from Canada, I was happy to be so close to Walmart, Target, Pandera Bread, Olive Garden and the Fashion Outlet Mall... wat mensen zeggen » .
