  Staff was courteous, helpful and very welcoming. Room was very clean and spacious enough. Location is ideal: metro is at corner of the street, 7 minutes walk from 5th and 6th street and about 15 minutes walk from Times square. - LOVED the upgrade to the rooms.   My partner and I spent 3 nights at The Manhattan and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was clean and comfortable with decent bathroom facilities. The hotel also provided free WiFi in the lobby. The location could not have been any better - very close to Times Square, Central Park, various restaurants... wat mensen zeggen » and the subway. We wouldn't hesitate to book with The Manhattan again and we would highly recommend the hotel to our family and friends! - I was very impressed with the hotel. It was better than I though being in nyc . I would recommend everyone to stay there. Shopping was rt at the door . Eating also entertainment was rt there. I could not have chosen a better place to stay. The kids enjoyed themselves ,first time in nyc. My brother was with me and he only stay at the Hilton when he travel, but he stayed with me and rated this hotel as very good and that says a lot coming from him.

  I stayed in the King Terrace Suite, and it was FABULOUS. The room was beautifully decorated, the view from the large terrace was AMAZING, and the room was so cozy and spacious. Nice staff. - I loved the large rooms and bathrooms and the beautifully tasteful renovation of the old Seminary building - very classy. But especially the location near the High Line for walking and near Chelsea Market and all the great restaurants. The staff was super accommodating an genuinely nice and there is a gourmet coffee/tea bar in the lobby with lovely fresh backed goods for the morning.
