  Nice medium sized hotel in a good location. This hotel has about 50 rooms on 7 floors, a small breakfast area on the ground floor and fitness room with sauna and steam room in the basement. It is about a 5 minute walk from wall street subway station and 5 to 10 minutes from the south street seaport and the Staten island ferry (a great free way to ... wat mensen zeggen » see the statue of liberty). Its worth going for a wander near by as there are quite a few restaurants, coffee shops and delis not to far away. We had - The staff was very welcoming and friendly, and the hotel was beautiful. Conveniently located right near the Manhattan side of the Brooklyn Bridge, it was a short walk to multiple Subway stations, the Brooklyn Bridge, Wall Street, Pace University, the 9/11 Memorial, and Battery Park. Very clean hotel, exactly as the pictures showed it to be. Spacious room and bathroom, quiet environment. The bed was extremely comfortable.   The hotel was clean and comfortable. The cleaning staff kept us well stocked with fresh towels and plenty of coffee, and they were friendly. The desk staff and the bus boys were knowledgable and extremely helpful and friendly. They were always ready with a quick answer to questions, as well as, recommendations for travel, tours and dining. Thi... wat mensen zeggen » s may have been the finest hotel staff I have ever encountered! - Hotel is 'as-expected' but 7 blocks from subway in a nothing- special neighbourhood. We had a small issues with our booking through the website : we booked 3, they expected 2 and although a bit stubborn to start they fixed the problem. The gym is ok but the pool hours are too short : 10 to 6pm

  very fun place, safe, cool people!!! not far from the subway - Pretty place and very sociable. We had free drinks and BBQ on the roof the night I stayed. Nice mix of people, mostly young.
