  The staff is very friendly and helpful. The kitchen is useful, you can dine in or prepare your sandwiches before a day of visit, an economic alternative. For the location, it's in garden district so you can enjoy a nice walk on magazine street to join the French Quarter and at night you have plenty of restaurants/bars in the area. - The staff wer... wat mensen zeggen » e some of the nicest and helpful people I have ever met at a hotel or hostel. Their consierge service beats any 4-5 star hotel I have ever stayed.

  I really liked staying here. It gave you that old "New Orleans" feel.I Loved the friendliness of the staff and the place is clean! I left something in my room and they went to allot of trouble to help me get it back. You won't find that kind of service with some of the big,fancy hotels. For the moneY I was very satisfied. We enjoyed our stay there... wat mensen zeggen » and we will book again. :) - The staff was helpful and responsive and the manager/owner(?) is a stand up guy who definitely goes above and beyond. The location is perfect for hanging out in the French Quarter. It's really cheap compared to other hotels in the area. The beds were surprisingly comfortable, plus no bedbugs! If I was back in NOLA on my own again, I'd definitely stay here.
