  I Loved the comforter on our bed it was so comfortable to sleep in, and the pillows were amazing as well! The hotel it's self is very convenient, right across the way from the street car (which isn't exspensive at all) there are awesome food places all over the place, not far from the French quarter or Bourbon street, basically right where you wan... wat mensen zeggen » t to be, the area around the hotel is safe there is security at night that walks the property. The staff at the front desk where awesome, so very frie - This place looked little tired but the rooms were large, very clean,really great location with lots of eating places near by also street car straight across road and the staff very very helpful. Breakfast was also included and was really nice and large selection. The only negative was that we stayed the weekend of Jazz Festival and the room price nearly doubled but we would certainly stay there again loved it

  Staff was wonderful and very helpful. Duane and Jayne were great. The room was big and there was a tub in the bathroom. The room was the right temperature. The location is outside the French Quarter but close enought to walk. It is on the cablecar line to the Garden District and Audubon Park. Good place to stay. - close to everything you need to see; on trolley line. beautiful large bedroom/living room/kitchenette. staff is very friendly and helpful; gave us free wi fi too. less than a mile to cruise ships. great place to see new Orleans for the first time. like it a lot better than newer sterile type hotels.

  the rooms were great, clean and quiet with comfortable bedding. We also loved that breakfast and was served Monday each morning, and dinner was served Monday thru Thursday for free, with very good hot and enjoyable meals. Never had this type of service provided while staying at a hotel. The room had a small kitchenette, with frig, stove, microwa... wat mensen zeggen » ve, utensil, all you need. The location was great also, within walking distance to everything. We really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend it to - My overall stay was awesome!!!! The staff members overall service was superb!!! They were pleasant from the time we checked in up to the moment we checked out. This was one of my best stay at any hotel and I have stayed at many hotels. Management did an awesome job in choosing these employees. I will definitely stay at this hotel again. Plus I have recommended Staybridge to friends& others. Keep up the excellent work!!! J. Newton

  I stayed on the Pontchartrain during early December 2013. My room was nicer than what I expected. Various internet reviews of the hotel were discouraging; however, I found my room to be (for the $$) large, recently updated, clean, and outfitted with a comfortable bed, sitting room furniture, fridge, mircowave, and a large flat screen tv in the sit... wat mensen zeggen » ting area. Should I visit the Garden District of nola again, I will choose this hotel. Btw, the hotel staff are very charming and helpful! - The hotel is located in a nice quiet area and by nice restaurants. Spacious rooms and comfortable beds. Very friendly and helpful stuff Hotel itself is very historical and interior will take you at least a century back. I could recommend it for special events as well if you are looking for a charming atmosphere.
