  Staff was very rofessional/ polite. Beds VERY comfortable - slept great! Was quite pleased with the breakfast - much more than expected. I would definitely stay again! - The staff was very friendly and helped to celebrate our anniversary by providing a bottle of champagne. Everybody was very nice to us.

  The rooms and service from staff were excellent. The breakfast was excellent as was the one meal I ordered late at night in the bar. - I really liked the staff and how friendly, and helpful everyone was to us. The room was amazing. Far above what I expected.

  The staff, especially Ginger. She was professional and charming in spite of a series of rude guests the night I checked in. All staff spoke to customers. Clean, comfortable, felt safe. Shuttle to Convention Center relieved anxiety for me and shuttle drivers were all friendly and helpful. - The whole experience.
