  The staff, especially Ginger. She was professional and charming in spite of a series of rude guests the night I checked in. All staff spoke to customers. Clean, comfortable, felt safe. Shuttle to Convention Center relieved anxiety for me and shuttle drivers were all friendly and helpful. - The whole experience.   The rooms and service from staff were excellent. The breakfast was excellent as was the one meal I ordered late at night in the bar. - I really liked the staff and how friendly, and helpful everyone was to us. The room was amazing. Far above what I expected.

  We loved the modern decor. The person checking us in was very nice, attentive, and courteous. The room was great, bed comfy, clean. The location was close to the river so you can walk to some very nice paths for some exercise. Good restaurants in walking distance.   Staff was very rofessional/ polite. Beds VERY comfortable - slept great! Was quite pleased with the breakfast - much more than expected. I would definitely stay again! - The staff was very friendly and helped to celebrate our anniversary by providing a bottle of champagne. Everybody was very nice to us.
