  Our stay at the Jetset Franklin was incredible. It was like home away from home. We arrived very early in the morning and there was someone waiting for us and has the room ready even tough the check-in was at noon. During our stay we enjoyed the amenities of the room: full kitchen were we had breakfast, nice coffee and tea. The room was spotless ... wat mensen zeggen » and they made it every day. The staff is super nice and are always making sure you are comfortable and having a great time. They are very familiar wh - very clean, great location, friendly staff, fun decor, there is no quiet room in south beach unless you have major cash to pay for one north of 15th near the James, etc. So know that if you stay on/near ocean drive and collins ave. you will hear noise...motorcycles, loud music from cars, drunk people leaving bars in the middle of the night yelling down the street, trash trucks, construction noise, etc. It's part of the experience. It's not a reflection of the hotel. It's South Beach.

  Wow! We loved every minute of our stay. A peaceful entry to the reception lounge from the chaos of Ocean Drive, fabulous restaurant food and drinks, amazing laid-back friendly service, and the room was stunning - superb modern decor, spotlessly clean, comfortable bed with luxury linens, and a little balcony over the street. So quiet you could forg... wat mensen zeggen » et where you were until you went outside, just steps to all the action of South Beach. What a shame we had only one night. - The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Loved the small hotel atmosphere as the staff knew who you were by name. The rooms were lovely with a nice modern feel. My particular favorite was the rooftop pool and being so close to the beach. Providing beach chairs and beach bags was a nice touch. This hotel was on the quiet side of south beach which we were thankful for. I have nothing bad to say about this hotel. It exceeded my expectations.

  This hotel in Surfside had only been open 5 days, so they had a few kinks to get out of the system. This was more than made up for by the friendly and helpful staff. (one particular woman in registration went out of her way to help)The location is great, the hotel is beautiful, and the weather was perfect..I wish we could have stayed longer! - T... wat mensen zeggen » he staff that we encountered were very friendly and helpful. Location to the beach was great. We enjoyed the personal touch of the chef and the food was excellent!! We plan on returning again as we enjoyed our stay.

Some people just like to complain. - Perfect location if u want to be in ocean drive, the reception girl was very helpful to find transport and fun.

The design (an antidote to the pervasive kitsch tendencies of most Miami Beach hotels), the atmosphere, the location (directly on the water with fantastic views), the restaurant (wholesome food, light and very tasty), the spa (exceptional), the staff (the best I have experienced in the us - very attentive, helpful & smiling). A ver... wat mensen zeggen » y relaxing place (with a buzz)! - I like that each time I arrive, it seems familiar and there is a home-like comfort. A stay for 4 or 5 days can feel like 4 or 5 weeks and I always leave wanting more. It's always amazing that Alex always remembers me. This year he said "welcome home" when I arrived and it did feel like it.
