  The staff without exception were very good, cheerful and helpful. We had a sea front room with large balcony but the decor was tired and needed up grading. The bathroom needed changing the toilet 1 cm from the door and should be moved to another wall. - I love the fact that we were able to get a ocean view room on short notice.   This hotel is the absolute best I've ever been to!!!!!! And I've been to a lot of hotels all around the world. The staff is absolutely amazing,the food is exquisite, the landscape is beatiful, the interior design is so modern and unique,the pool was warm,the view from the balcony is breathaking!I felt special,relaxed,welcomed and pampered througho... wat mensen zeggen » ut the 2 full days I stayed there and I would absulutely come back here again in the future! The hotel is a whole lot better than you could se it on t - We had a suit and it had everything me and wife wanted, clean bathroom, jacuzzi and ocean view very nice. also every Saturday there's a pool party with live dj. If you want to avoid valet parking witch cost 38$ a day there's public self parking right next to the hotel for 1$ an hour from 8am-6pm after that it's free

  Was a great hotel to stay at. Was over looking the back of hotel and was spaying in a jacuzzi suite, I called n asked to be changed and they did within minutes. Put us overlooking Collins avenue. Top to bottom z ocean was exactly what a young couple needed. Not crazy kids screaming off balconies, it was romantic and relaxing the entire stay. Would def recommend it again - Doesn't look much from the outside, but we had a penthouse suite with pool terrace which was great. Room spacious, bed & pillows very comfortable. Great staff - particularly the concierge. Late check out not a problem. Front Porch Cafe excellent for breakfast & lunch but less suitable for a special dinner.

The design (an antidote to the pervasive kitsch tendencies of most Miami Beach hotels), the atmosphere, the location (directly on the water with fantastic views), the restaurant (wholesome food, light and very tasty), the spa (exceptional), the staff (the best I have experienced in the us - very attentive, helpful & smiling). A ver... wat mensen zeggen » y relaxing place (with a buzz)! - I like that each time I arrive, it seems familiar and there is a home-like comfort. A stay for 4 or 5 days can feel like 4 or 5 weeks and I always leave wanting more. It's always amazing that Alex always remembers me. This year he said "welcome home" when I arrived and it did feel like it.

  The hotel staff were friendly and accommodating. Due to the problems at the beach club they upgraded our room and we continued our stay at the hotel. We were extremely satisfied with the room and the friendliness of the hotel staff and would stay there again.   I've gotta admit I wasn't sure what to expect. I travel a lot and stay in many hotel brands. This was really amazing. Very high end looking, large, quiet rooms. I loved it. I recently stayed at an Intercontinental and this was MUCH nicer. I felt like I was in an old school Hollywood movie. ....:) The only complaints I have are what everyone els... wat mensen zeggen » e discussed: NO restaurants in walking distance, and parking/valet. However there is public parking for $6 two blocks south. But you have to be ou - The King Ocean View Suites are spectacular in both comfort and style, with unforgettable sunrises over the ocean. Room service breakfast on the balcony is a must!! Staff at the hotel were all very friendly, in particular the guys on the beach and in the restaurant. Also the parking valets were excellent, with particular mention of German who went out of his way to be helpful. We will definitely be staying here again!
