The bed was the most comfortable we've ever slept in with top quality linens and very good toiletries. Wi-fI is super hi-speed. The Concierge services were quite helpful and organized a tour for us with Lala Land tours which dropped us off at the airport straight after our tour, which was very convenient.   Great deal on booking made the stay justifiable:) traveling through, long distance, high stress... We were extremely well taken care of, particularly by Christian at the check in desk. He even remembered my name 2 days later when I came back to pick up luggage they let us store there... Very helpful and efficient staff when needed - from reception to the concierge service, everyone was pleasant, friendly and made an effort. Made the stay highly enjoyable. Free Acura town car for up to 5 miles. The hotel was great, especially for young people, and I would stay at the W Hollywood again.

  As I had to vacate my home for renovations I was pretty tired the first night I checked in my room made a noise..they gladly moved me to a smaller room ( only room available) and discounted it. The following day they upgraded me to Villa # 55. from here on the stay was great............would have loved to have stayed longer. Restaurant food was good and amnience made me feel like I could be in mexico - Still has the rock star vibe. We were lucky to enjoy a 'Live at the Sunset Marquis' summer concert by the pool during our stay. Magical! We took our children for breakfast to Mel's Diner on Sunset Av. Lots of great restaurants in walking distance.
