  The service was impeccable. Staff were friendly and more than willing to help with any request. Early checkin and late checkout request was accomodated with ease which was important as we had flown in from Australia.   We got upgraded to a suite as it was our honeymoon. The room was quite simply the best I have stayed in and I've stayed in a few suites. The staff could not do enough for you and we're always there in the background to help.   most everything, location near airport and I405 and city, but no city hassles and lots of good restaurants within a block or two. Low traffic, lively at night. Architecture and history of building and scale and pace of district (Culver City) compared with LA in general. We always stay here when in LA because of above and because of reasonable rates. - The staff were incredibly friendly and very helpful and hospitable, the room was very comfortable and I could have stayed in the shower all day it was so good. I would definitely reccomend this hotel to other travellers. I was a little concerned about it's location but it is right in the middle of Culver City which had a superb selection of restaurants and bars to chose from. It is also only a short trip from LAX.

I couldn't believe that this room is just a regular room of theirs. I cant even imagine what the suite looks like!

Balcony was nice and view (looking south toward Pacific Design Center) was great. Room (on 6th floor) was very quiet at night.   I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the intercontinental. The staff were amazing and made my stay as comfortable as possible. Luis at the front desk was awesome and helped me arrange my day trips and seeing the sites. I can't compliment him enough for his help!   We love the friendly atmosphere and the references to early Hollywood films and actors! The staff were all friendly and very responsive to our needs and requests. When we needed anything, such as a bathmat or the sink unclogged, they were there immediately! The Decoy bar and Tula's restaurant had pleasant atmospheres and good selections. - The staff was excellent. Everyone was professional and very nice. I think the person that stood out was Sonia in the restaraunt. I wrote some negative comments since you asked but I would stay there again in a minute.

  How could we not love our spectacular suite! Although our luxury King room on the 19th floor with views over the Hollywood hills was lovely and we would stay in this room type again, we upgraded to the breathtaking 2100 sq foot "panorama suite" on the 20th floor with a 270 degree panoramic view of the entire city and the beautiful Hollywood Hills.... wat mensen zeggen » The staff was absolutely wonderful from check in to check out and all encounters in between. Manager Steven was the crowning jewel amongst the staff - 1. We initially booked the deluxe double room however it was quite cramp and small. The next day we upgraded to a Junior suite which had a king size bed and a sofa bed (queen size probably?) which was very spacious. 2. Located in the heart of Hollywood. Connected to Hollywood/Highland Centre (one of the best spots to view the Hollywood sign) and right next to the Hollywood/Highland Red Line metro station. One metro stop from Universal City and a very short walk to the star walk, TCL theatre etc
