Please note: - Small pets are allowed on the property, limit 1 per guest. A pet deposit of USD 500 is required. - You are requested to fill out a short-term rental agreement. - You must show a valid credit card upon check in. This credit card must be in the same name as the guest's name on the booking confirmation. All cards will be verified by a written authorization and card imprint. Cards unable to be imprinted will be photographed. - All reservations are charged a service fee which is seasonal pricing. This amount is included on the Booking.com website at checkout as an excluded charge. This amount will be billed at the time of booking. - There is an additional charge if you arrive outside the normal reception opening hours. Checkouts are promptly at 11:00. Additional fees are applicable for later checkouts by approval only. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in.
