Everything was excellent! The location, although away from the strip, was a nice drive and not hard to navigate. The room was incredible! Stay at this hotel was GREAT! Our flight arrive early around 10-11am we got to check in early (suite was avail). The suite we booked was nice and spacious,very clean with a nice view! Room was spacious, staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, shuttle to prime outlets was great, marketplace store had just what you might want or need, good soundproofing. Also, discounts for local attractions were a bonus. We also appreciated being close to, but not ON the strip. Really convenient location, without all the Vegas craziness right in your lobby.

Without exaggeration, the most immaculate and luxurious hotel suite I've ever stayed in - in fact, I thought the staff had mistakenly upgraded me when I first opened the door, as the price was so reasonable!

I can't say even one bad word about this hotel because it will not be true. Its location is very perfec becasue it is in the middle of the strip, it has a hot connection to Planet Hollywood and is a 1-5min walking distance from all popular strip hotels.
Stuffis extremely friendly and helpful and will answer any question you have. I can not even understand how those guys from security have the power to talk and be so friendly to every guest of the gotel give you both the feeling of hospitality

We were thrilled with the Wyndham Grand Desert! Highlights were the mini-kitchen including a DISHWASHER, in-unit washer/dryer, separate bedroom, and lovely pool area. Soundproofing must be pretty good because we hardly ever heard any other guests while in our unit. It was an attractive, immaculate property in an excellent location. -

I cannot rate the staff because we had 2 experiences, one bad, one
great. The first woman we checked in with was just snotty-attempting to
be business like, but really, was a b----. Wouldn't give us a good
rate, so we made reservations from Booking right then and there. Then,

The staff were excellent to deal with. We stayed for 2 days then away a night before returning for another 4 and they allowed us to view a different room first so we could check in straight away. As it turned out, we wanted the same room we had before so they made that happen and recognised the room had just been released so we could checkin right then. The facilities were exactly what we needed for a long stay. The housekeeping was also excellent as was the heated pool.

The location of this hotel is fantastic - just a block behind the 'Strip'. Also fantastic is the accommodation - an apartment with huge rooms, comprising a lounge (2 large settees and 2 large TV screens) with excellently equipped kitchenette and dining area, large bedroom, large spa bath room, and large toilet and shower room. Hotel is very clean,easy access to all major locations,polite staff, my room was cold and i called the front desk to turn the heat on it toke less then a minute someone was there to help,including the housekeeping lady who cleaned our room.It was my husband and I first time going to vegas,we made a great choice to stay at the Hilton,even though the hotel is a little bit pricey, I think it's forth the price.

When we had a concern about our room, it was taken care of quickly and without any sense of it being an inconvenience. The proximity to the District shopping area was nice. The shuttle service was also convenient. -
