  I loved this place, Gina in reception was very friendly and helpfull made our stay very enjoyable. Felt very spoilt. The pool looked very nice didn't get time to go in it. Was right in the middle of everything. The rooms were very nice. Would def stay here again. - We were upgraded to a huge suite, so we were very comfortable.   I cannot rate the staff because we had 2 experiences, one bad, one great. The first woman we checked in with was just snotty-attempting to be business like, but really, was a b----. Wouldn't give us a good rate, so we made reservations from Booking right then and there. Then, went to the other check in person, named Derek, and he was great. The bo... wat mensen zeggen » oking hadn't come through yet, so he had someone do it manually, and gave us a great suite. This hotel is wonderful---off the strip, and quiet. We not - The staff were excellent to deal with. We stayed for 2 days then away a night before returning for another 4 and they allowed us to view a different room first so we could check in straight away. As it turned out, we wanted the same room we had before so they made that happen and recognised the room had just been released so we could checkin right then. The facilities were exactly what we needed for a long stay. The housekeeping was also excellent as was the heated pool.
