The hotel's motto was "yes is the answer", what's your question ? The staff is friendly and professional especially those that work the front desk like Carol, Liam, Axel and William. There is always a bowl of "help yourself" fruit in the lobby along with USA Today Newspapers. Whether you choose continental breakfast or the upgrade breakfast, both hit the spot. The outdoor pool is nice but the hotel is downtown and a row of hedges separates the pool from the sidewalk.

There is no better place to go to if you feel like having a blast while in South Beach, Miami. The staff is awesome and is available to answer any question you might have about fun activities in the area. De ligging - As I booked last minute a reduced rate, this hotel was excellent value for money, great location, staff were friendly and accommodating, the room was massive and best of all there were sun loungers right outside which we spent most of our time on. - They managed to do something nice out of it with a tight budget.

Receptionist Mary was very friendly and happily changed our room on request to an ocean view. Our new room was amazing ! Very large bed, excellent view of pool and ocean, must have been the honeymoon suite !

I recently was stuck in Miami while traveling to Central America and
needed a room to day. I found the Crest Suites hotels. Its centrally
located near all the "expensive" hotels and near the lincoln
st mall areas. Its on a street with similar small hotels. Room was a bit
on the small side but bed was comfortable and the staff was pleasant.
There is a restaurant where breakfast is served. It was relatively
inexpensive and decent meal. Good value for the money.
