Going east you´ll stumble upon lovely restaurants and bars (even possible to sit outside!). Staff very helpful and let us leave our bags there after checkout until early evening until we flying out. Very clean and big bed and plenty space in the room. Shower in bathroom great pressure and nice and hot. Would recommend for short stopover, certainly not luxury but adequate.

  This hotel is very good located in San Francisco. You will have a lot of public transportation available and you will be able to walk to a lot of cool places in the city. Staff was friendly, rooms were clean, they have a good tv, good bed and good bathroom for the price. I would definetly stay here again. People living for a long term there did not bother me at all.   The rate online was very competitive for a city stay. They provided complimentary bottled water and cookies in the afternoon. As a guest, you get a discount at the adjoining cafe, which providing a convenient breakfast. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They held my bags at the front desk after I checked out, while I got my rental car. The location can't be beat, right in the heart of the Cit - Ideally situated for everything. In Union Square in 2 minutes and easy access to all forms of transport. Staff were friendly and helpful and the diner next door excellent. Everything on the doorstep. Being in the city centre meant it was noisy at night but earplugs were provided. We slept very well without resorting to them. Very happy with it all and thoroughly recommend the hotel.

  It's a delightful, charming little inn, centrally located and a good bargain. The location was very near Fisherman's Wharf. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly.   There is no negative thing i would mention. The room was new and clean. Breakfest ok. Really good position of the hotel is just perfect (about 10min to the Town Hall)! The park place is small but all the guests found a place while we were there. And finally yes, there are some homeless people arround the hotel, but we didn´t feel uncomfortable or... wat mensen zeggen » unsafety at all. We would recommend this hotel mainly for young people and travellers. - Close to our destination - walking distance. The staff was very helpful. Gave us walking instructions to our intended destination. Also pointed out alternate transportation solutions and approximate costs.

  I stayed in this hotel for 4 nights in mid November. I have seen people raise there eyebrows when they learn this hotel is situated in Tenderloin area (which is considered a bit shady area). I too was reluctant to stay there but post my stay I experienced that it was not that badly located. So when we walk out the hotel just go toward van ness street, immediately you are out of tenderloin. The bus stop is j - Staff is very friendly, location of the hotel is very good, just 15 minute- walk to market street, also if you have car, car park is very good and also there is a door between the car park and the rooms for the security(it's openned by the reception). The area is not secure especially at night but there are two routes which you can reach at the hotel, one is more secure.(the lady in the reception has explained us more secure road).
