  Size of room was good compared to NY rooms. Staff were extremely helpful. Very clean and location is excellent whilst quiet at night. The hotel is exactly as it is described and we were not disappointed.

  The hotel was clean and comfortable. The cleaning staff kept us well stocked with fresh towels and plenty of coffee, and they were friendly. The desk staff and the bus boys were knowledgable and extremely helpful and friendly. They were always ready with a quick answer to questions, as well as, recommendations for travel, tours and dining. Thi... wat mensen zeggen » s may have been the finest hotel staff I have ever encountered! - Hotel is 'as-expected' but 7 blocks from subway in a nothing- special neighbourhood. We had a small issues with our booking through the website : we booked 3, they expected 2 and although a bit stubborn to start they fixed the problem. The gym is ok but the pool hours are too short : 10 to 6pm
