  Well kept. Atmosphere was swanky. Enjoyed the "wine hour". We're a little older than the young crowd that seemed to dominate the guest list which provided some interesting people/dog watching during the wine hour. - The staff was very friendly and helpful. It was snowing out and they let me borrow an umbrella for free.

  Friendly staff. They are one of the few hotels that allows guests to book at age 18. As long as you are respectful and mature they will treat you very well. It is a very nice place so they probably wouldn't appreciate teenagers there making all sorts of noise. I was very pleased with the treatment I received from the staff. Overall, it was a great place to stay and I would definitely stay again! - Everything was absolutely wonderful at Wyndham Blake, Chicago. This hotel made my first visit to Chicago spectacular. The location is great, a metro blue line stop around the corner, Starbucks, and CVS pharmacy feet away from the building. Wyndham Blake hotel staff and facilities were outstanding for the affordable prices they have. Very helpful concierge and clean rooms with fairly comfortable beds. I will definitely be returning, thank you!

  I liked the fact that it's the oldest operating hotel in the country & there is lots of history there. The design is elaborate & like a palace. Location is great for Millenium Park, shopping, & lakefront. The deal at letsbookhotel.com was really reasonable! It was the same price as the single room at the hostel I normally stay at! A speical night out w/help from The Palmer House. Dr. Brian Hinrichs -always enjoy the Executive floor - thanks also to Ernest for going above and beyond to cater to our snack and breakfast needs

  We stayed in Burnham hotel from 5th to 8th of October, 2013. I enjoyed the whole experience of living here in the heart of Chicago Loop. The hotel has a perfect location close to malls (in front of Macy's), design shops (Nordstorm, DSW, Old Navy and etc.) and grocery stores (Target is the biggest one). It takes 40 minutes to get straight from the O'Hara airport to Wash - This is a great location for getting around Chicago downtown. Hotel has efficient and friendly staff; fantastic upper floors restored interior and history of the building is exceptionally interesting. Rooms are clean and comfortable with decent views if you are facing due east. Great bar and bistro on the ground floor. I will definitely visit again.

  The location was perfect!! Near the end of the loop and all the shopping. The Roof bar was a perfect place to start a night out. Then a very short walk to Hubbard Street where there was a ton of other bars and night life!!   We liked the hotel. It was in a good location if you are visiting the city. The Hotel Staff was very friendly and helpful. We arrived late at night and had a problem with checkin. Our reservation was for a double room away from the elevator with a river view. They only had two rooms left and they were by the elevator. We were in a Club Room and the two ladies that helped with breakfast each morning were ext - We enjoyed our stay at the Chicago Renaissance Hotel a great deal. The staff were congenial and respectful, appearing very invested in meeting our needs. We loved the attention to details such as, the lovely aroma that enveloped us when we walked into the lobby. Our comfortable room on the 21st floor, gave us a view of Lake Michigan, the Chicago River, State Street and nearby skyscrapers. We would definitely stay there again.
