The concierge hand wrote a welcome card and included a map with highlighted areas we must see WITH a detailed (again handwritten) explanation of each place corresponding to color print outs of the sites. Had a kiosk where you can check in online and print your boarding pass. Had a tour desk to arrange your tour in SF.   For the price it had everything I expected and more. While small the spa area and exercise area were superior and the staff GREAT. I just wish it opened earlier than 9 am. The staff was very good as was the business center ( small but adequate). I would stay t here again and would recommend it to others. The room was comfortable, the decor was interesting and bonuses for me were free internet and plenty of electrical outlets. It was in a perfect location for conference at a Union Square hotel as well as shopping and entertainment. I'd definitely stay there again. Loved it.

I appreciated the modern styling, the spectacular view from our room on the 8th floor, the perfect crisp linen, the helpful front desk staff, the proximity to lots of restaurants and especially the the shop next door with its early morning coffee/late night gelato. The emphasis on white made the interior look very clean and fresh. Our bed was very comfortable and we were particularly grateful to be able to take off the duvet and have just the lovely sheets and cotton blanket. Good location just a walk from Union Square. Easy access to Muni. Helpful receptionists. Fridge and coffee making machine. Great breakfast place directly across the street.
