  Location was just amazing!!! Concierge service was fantastic as was the room device/bellboy service. Particular mention of concierge Carolyn, and Papa in lobby. Also the customer relations lady from Slovenia was amazing. Rooms are very comfortable and good size. A block away from 51st and lexington subway station or 10 minutes walk to grand central/42nd st station. This is also a block away from the 5th Ave. From 5th Ave you can walk for 10 minutes and you'll get to Central Park. St Patrick's Cathedral is also across the street from the hotel.   On arrival to the London NYC Hotel, I was greeted by friendly doormen and reception staff. My room was a one bedroom with separate lounge which was spacious and clean. The bed and linen were very nice with 5 great nights sleep. The hotel was very well located for all areas i.e. times square, 5th Avenue. A walk in central park during the day is a mus - This is my favorite hotel in New York. It's among the best and most comfortable also. The rooms and finishes are all new. Beds are comfortable and bathrooms immaculate. The rooms are all spacious suites-an unusual luxury for New York. Very impressed. I stay here all the time when I'm in the city.

We arrive super early and even though we couldn't get an earlier check in at 8am she called the spa to allow us fix ourselves up and change in their facility. She did her best at getting the room ready and personally called us back at 1230 to let us know when it was. By that time however I was already 30 minutes away by foot thoroughly - What didn't I like?? It was at a great location 5-10 mins walk to Empire State and Times Square. Subway is only a block away. You have a 24 hour organic deli across the road Bread and Butter. Korean food and restaurants open till late. 15-20min walk to Chelsea and soho. Les Halle's french restaurant is just across the road!
