I'm from Brooklyn, a few blocks away in all actuality. I had no idea that this oasis even existed! The price is great comparing to any hotel in the area. The inn keeper Michelle and her daughter were amazing. The place was very clean.
A metro station is less then a 5 minute walk from the inn. The train takes you directly into Manhatten. Lots of resturants in the area, quiet side street. We stayed there 1 week and were very happy to have stayed there. The kitchen has a fridge/stove/microwave/coffee maker and eggs/coffee etc are provide to make yourself a good breakfast.

This hotel was so unique! The rooms are converted units in a brownstone so you get to feel like you're living in the city while you're there. Felt like having a warm and comfotable city apt, complete with washer and dryer. Though we never saw any staff, they left signage and email instructions that told us how to get in, where to go and how to stay secure in the city environment. Street parking but they responded with parking alternatives when asked.

I have always been buying lots of things on the internet and for the first time I can say "what you see in the pictures are exactly what you´ll get", so the rooms are very nice and well decorated, like you see in the pics. Extremely friendly staff. Not so far from Manhatan (20-30 min by subway), and the place is a few blocks away from the subway station. We arrived to a great staff, great location. Wilson put us on the top floor with a fantastic view of Brooklyn. We had a 12 and a 9 year old with us and the hotel was close to the top of their list of sites that included all of New Yorks hits. 12 year old got sick and the staff let us check out late and even sent toast and ginger ale to our room

We enjoyed our stay at the Sheraton Brooklyn. The staff was very
friendly and helpful. We especially thought Victor Balbi was most
helpful, patient and accommodating with our needs for directions in
getting around the City by Subway and planning our day sight seeing ny.
He was always so pleasant & greeted us with his wonderful smile
& friendly greeting when we got back from our day's outing. He
