  I have to start this review by saying thank you so much to Arturo and the entire staff at The Hotel Indigo!! My fiance was away working for our 11th anniversary so we didn't get to spend the day together... Staff was very helpful and friendly in every experience I had with them. The location is fantastic - in the middle of the flower district, safe and walking distance to everything my group needed. Overall, I'm very happy with the stay there.

  The hotel staff was so accommodating. We arrived before check in and were able to leave our bags in a secured room while we ventured off. When booking, I asked that they put us on the highest floor with the best view for the deal I was offered. When we awoke the next morning, there was a complimentary bottle of sparkling Voss and a hand written - I was there to Burry My Mother I came in from Hawaii the only thing is I could not Ck in untill 1:00pm I was traveling with my son and the flight landed at 6:30am when I booked the Hotel with you you called them and ask if I could ck in early you said that they would try but when I got there I was not in the system but after about 10 minutes they said every thing was good but I could no ck in untill they would call me but they did let me leave my bags.
