  Loved the location and the room was great! My boyfriend and I were traveling between here and New York so we thought it'd be more convenient booking a room that's attached to the airport on our last night. I really wish we booked our room here before our trip to New York (we spent three days in Boston, three days in New York and came back to Bosto... wat mensen zeggen » n for our flight back home). I read reviews that this was an ok hotel because of the location. But I really don't see the problem. You have access to - Being right in the airport is the sole reason for spending $300 for one (short)night's sleep. I was able to print my boarding pass at the computer station in the lobby. It made a huge difference to be able to turn in the rental car the night before, take the shuttle to the Hilton, and have a clean comfortable room in which to relax before our morning flights. Our window had a great view of brightly lit Boston- which for us was a treat. Room service was very quick and the server was very pleasan

  All of the staff were so very friendly and accommodating. Joe, Ralph were the 2 who I dealt with the most and were exceptionally helpful. The breakfasts were very good, the rooms were extremely comfortable.   For the first time I have experienced that the room was just as nice and big as the pictures on the booking page showed. Do upgrade to a junior suite with a cityview, It gave us a cornerroom with a 150 degree wiew abling us to se the whole of the winter sunrise while getting up in the morning. Wow!   Location was fantastic. We stayed for a visit to a show at the House of Blues near Fenway on St. Patrick's Day. Staying in Cambridge was totally great, avoiding the craziness, but giving us some great pub visits at Tommy Doyles and the Druid in walking distance. We took a quick cab ride to the show and it was fantastic. I stood for about 4hrs in h... wat mensen zeggen » eels and the clean, comfortable room was so appreciated. Comfy beds we both were so surprised about and great pillows. All the staff morning and night - I liked the location, friendly staff and cleanliness. I liked the complimentary Valet parking and the fact that the T is located so close to the hotel and it was so easy to get into Boston using the red line. I liked the fact that there is a Starbucks in the lobby. The view of Charles River was beautiful. Overall a wonderful experience. I also liked the fact that check out was at noon!

I stayed there in 2007 before renovations and thought it was great then...so make your reservations in c - The hotel is in a good location. Staff members are nice, however, I would not say that they were excellent. We actually did not have any particular problem with them, so let's say they are OK. The services of the hotel are pretty good, including the every day newspaper, the information booklet in the room (which was extremely helpful) and the free wifi. Those who usually use the mini bar should be aware that there was no such thing in the room (we do not have any issue with this).

  Location was great! Its a very historical building and its been updated. On the first night, there was banging like someone was using a hammer at 9pm and I called the front desk and it stopped!
